Movement has always been part of my life. I grew up dancing, where I learnt to understand the body through rhythm, control and flow.

Being diagnosed with Crohn’s at a young age, and later endometriosis, gave movement a different meaning. It became less about pushing my body, and more about learning how to work with it. That’s what drew me to Pilates.

The reformer can meet your body where it is that day, offering support when you need it, challenge when you want it, and endless ways to keep moving and building strength.

It’s this approach that I now bring to every flow I create. Helping people understand their bodies better, move with intention and build the kind of strength that supports them for the long term.
